We are looking for a talented VP sales to join our sales team.
Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and retain a top performing sales team
Exceed sales quota targets by selling Cynamic’s solution
Convey Cynamics’s unique value proposition to customers and handle objections
Position solution against competitive offerings in market
Work directly with leading Brands and companies to help solve their network security needs
Maintain CRM data and pipeline within HunSpot
Actively manage leads pipeline and campaigns in order to meet goals and objectives
Be able to demonstrate Cynamic’s product capabilities to customers
Attend industry events as a key component of outbound prospecting activity
Requirements
7+ years experience generating new SaaS sales
4+ years leading sales teams
KPI and analytics driven
Lead by example
Knowledge of global market trends and business needs
Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills
Standout colleague that will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment
Highly motivated and results driven self-starter. Operates with a sense of urgency and values accountability
