We are looking for a talented VP sales to join our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and retain a top performing sales team

  • Exceed sales quota targets by selling Cynamic’s solution

  • Convey Cynamics’s unique value proposition to customers and handle objections

  • Position solution against competitive offerings in market

  • Work directly with leading Brands and companies to help solve their network security needs

  • Maintain CRM data and pipeline within HunSpot

  • Actively manage leads pipeline and campaigns in order to meet goals and objectives

  • Be able to demonstrate Cynamic’s product capabilities to customers

  • Attend industry events as a key component of outbound prospecting activity

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience generating new SaaS sales

  • 4+ years leading sales teams

  • KPI and analytics driven

  • Lead by example

  • Knowledge of global market trends and business needs

  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills

  • Standout colleague that will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment

  • Highly motivated and results driven self-starter. Operates with a sense of urgency and values accountability

  • Solid sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience

  • Passion for Cyber Security
