As the company’s VP Finance, you will be responsible for the finance and legal operations of the company, including: Strategy, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounting and investor relationships. setting a comprehensive set of financial controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with GAAP.
Responsibilities
Work with CEO and leadership team to drive company strategy and financial goals
Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s plan for growth and expansion
Develop, maintain and share departmental and companywide financial planning model
Manage implementation of internal controls ensuring compliance with rules & regulations around HR and Accounting/Reporting
Work with banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, VAT), public auditors and officials
Communicate, engage and interact with board of directors, shareholders and potential investors
Overseeing financial transactions recording, GL maintenance, banks and credit cards reconciliations, monthly and annual closing processes
Manage external bookkeepers and oversee the entire bookkeeping process
Other finance and admin duties as required

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA after big 4 internship - Advantage
10+ years total accounting or finance experience
3+ years experience as a VP Finance/CFO in a startup, high-tech company (publicly traded- advantage, SAAS company -advantage)
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong Excel skills
Hand-on approach
A team player, independent work capability, fast data learning ability, attention to details, multi-tasking.
Legal knowledge - advantage
Excellent English - verbal and writing
