The ideal candidate is a team player, who will proactively seek ways to improve and optimize the system. Working with high standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance. The position requires a high level of experience and the ability to work on features, from design through implementation to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion rates, and hires so the team can achieve its collective hiring goal.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand deeply the position and the team requirements

  • Build a diverse talent pipeline through sourcing

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new resources for sourcing

  • Maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing

  • Experience in sourcing for technical positions- Must

  • Advanced knowledge of effective sourcing platforms and tools including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and more.

  • Excellent sourcing skills, great candidate outreach, building short and long-term sourcing strategies

  • Positive and can-do approach

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment

  • High level of English - written and verbal - Must
