Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect

The Cynamics Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect will be aligned with the Cynamics sales team. The goal will be to deliver the technical value of the Cynamics product to the end user. As a team, the goal will be to build a strong business justification for the end user, while ensuring that the given annual quota is met/exceeded.



  • Onboard customers to Cynamics. Assist with setuping and connecting customers’ network gateways.

  • Troubleshoots network and configuration problems.

  • System configuration and directing system installation.

  • Define, document, and enforce system standards.

  • Optimize onboarding processes and provide customer feedback

  • Maximize performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages

  • Collaborate with network engineers and architects on network optimization.

  • Network design and implementation knowledge

  • Network configuration and troubleshooting experience

  • Network tools - proficiency with CLI and Wireshark

  • Project management

  • Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Time-management skills, ability to work under pressure in tight schedules facing customers

  • Strong documentation skills

  • LAN /WAN / NAN / MAN knowledge

  • Network performance tuning

  • Familiarity with SSH, RDP, Linux/Bash commands

  • BA in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field - A graduate and relevant certification may also be preferable

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in network administration

  • Experience with sampling protocols and APIs (NetFlow, sFlow, etc.) - a great plus

  • Experience with cloud environments - a plus

  • Experience with Network monitoring and/or Cyber security - a plus

  • Experience as a customer success engineer - a plus
