Sales Engineer - While today's networks rapidly grow in size and volume, creating a complex mixture of legacy, private and public clouds, available security and visibility solutions cannot address market needs and require innovative solutions.
Founded by a serial (successful) entrepreneur and Technion PhD CTO, Cynamics is creating the future of network visibility and threat prediction, developing a unique AI-driven, SaaS-based solution. We are looking for a Superstar Field Engineer to join our fast-growing sales team.
The Sales Engineer will be aligned with the sales team. The goal will be to deliver the technical value of Cynamics to the end-user. As a team, the goal will be to build a strong business justification to the end-user, while ensuring that the given annual quota is met/exceeded.
Onboard customers to Cynamics. Assist with setup and connecting customer's network gateways.
Troubleshoots network and configuration problems.
System configuration and directing system installation.
Define, document, and enforce system standards.
Optimize onboarding processes and provide customer feedback
Maximize performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages
Collaborate with network engineers and architects on network optimization.

Network configuration and troubleshooting experience
Network tools - proficiency with CLI and Wireshark
Problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Time-management skills, ability to work under pressure in tight schedules facing customers
Strong documentation skills
LAN /WAN / NAN / MAN knowledge
Network performance tuning
Familiarity with SSH, RDP, Linux/Bash commands
BA in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field - A graduate and relevant certification may also be preferable
2 to 5 years of experience in network administration
Experience with sampling protocols and APIs (NetFlow, sFlow, etc.) is a great plus
