The ideal candidate is a team player, who will proactively seek ways to improve and optimize the system. Working with high standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance. The position requires a high level of experience and the ability to work on features, from design through implementation to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee brand campaigns from inception to execution, creating a consistent experience across every touchpoint inside and outside the organization.

  • Proactively monitor and analyze the performance of campaign programs and partner with paid media team to make optimizations on a recurring basis.

  • Collaborate with paid media, sales enablement, and digital marketing teams to coordinate integration with ongoing performance marketing programs, ensuring consistency across all campaigns (ie, proper messaging and timing, etc)

  • Coordinate, manage, and/or select a roster of agencies to ensure smooth program execution, including but not limited to external campaigns.

  • Develop and implement brand measurement and performance KPIs, strategies, plans, and dashboards that measure awareness, etc

  • Conceptualize and propose innovative new solutions and programs that leverage brand strengths and clearly define Cynamics category.

  • Craft and adapt specific messaging that is suited to different phases in the brand experience of prospects, clients or employees.

Requirements

  • 8 – 10 years of experience in advertising or brand campaign management with 3 years (preferred) in B2B professional services and technology industries.

  • Experience in selecting and managing media and creative agencies and outside brand consultants

  • Examples of brand campaigns that you’ve created or managed with the ability to speak to the performance and/or measures of success

  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to generate new ideas and/or lead a creative team through continuous iterations to evolve narratives

  • Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills, especially directed to senior executives.

  • Strategic, big picture thinking complimented by detail orientation.

  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-wide programs that engage employees in large, complex organizations.
