What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a HubSpot Administrator and Data Analyst Ninja who is responsible for driving adoption, improving existing processes and deploying new business process to improve KPIs and drive growth. This position will play a key role in being the link between HubSpot, Marketing, Sales and the web team. Using best practices and technical problem-solving, this role will implement, execute, and iterate on HubSpot programs to reach our customers, drive increased retention and satisfaction while achieving our revenue targets.


This individual is a key member of our Marketing team, providing the rest of the organization with the key reporting and data insights needed to make the best investment and customer growth decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, dynamic problem solver who is committed to learning and personal development and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives, including but not limited to A/B testing, email campaigns and automation, templates, lead generation form, landing pages, etc.

  • This person will create lead scoring and build out new workflows and optimize overall processes of MQL handoff to sales for follow up

  • Create reports weekly/monthly/quarterly and dashboard views as needed to empower data-driven decision-making

  • Function as a translator between departments to understand business requirements for HubSpot requests such as features and reports

  • Provide day to day user support across the business, promote end-user adoption including HubSpot training and establishing an onboarding training for new employees

  • Ongoing management and maintenance of HubSpot database, creating processes to continuously monitor data and lead quality

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in HubSpot (HubSpot certification a plus)

  • Strong analytics skills with experience in reporting and data analysis with HubSpot reporting systems

  • A deep understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical capabilities

  • Ability to compile and digest data to help team members and executives focus on the material takeaways

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • Experience in B2B marketing in the technology/SaaS/Cybersecurity space preferred
