Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to achieve/surpass quota and drive new client growth for Cynamics
Develop solutions and account strategy by merging the needs of the client’s KPIs with the product offering
Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Cynamics product, pricing, and value proposition
Negotiate contract terms and pricing and overcome objections to close deals
Developing and growing strong mutually valuable relationships with Cybersecurity and public sector buyers through strategic meetings and calls
Requirements
5+ years in Cybersecurity and/or Public Sector focused sales and 7-10+ years in total sales experience
Have an impressive track record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis
Have a strong desire to learn about the product to effectively sell up to the C-suite or down to end-users as needed
Exceptional presentation skills along with an ability to learn quickly
Can effectively communicate complex ideas in a fast-paced, startup environment
Hungry to achieve success and hit the ground running
Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions and people at all levels in an organization
Be able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events
Experience in structuring and negotiating product deals within the Cybersecurity industry
Experience and/or desire to work in a startup environment
