Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to achieve/surpass quota and drive new client growth for Cynamics

  • Develop solutions and account strategy by merging the needs of the client’s KPIs with the product offering

  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Cynamics product, pricing, and value proposition

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing and overcome objections to close deals

  • Developing and growing strong mutually valuable relationships with Cybersecurity and public sector buyers through strategic meetings and calls

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Cybersecurity and/or Public Sector focused sales and 7-10+ years in total sales experience

  • Have an impressive track record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis

  • Have a strong desire to learn about the product to effectively sell up to the C-suite or down to end-users as needed

  • Exceptional presentation skills along with an ability to learn quickly

  • Can effectively communicate complex ideas in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Hungry to achieve success and hit the ground running

  • Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions and people at all levels in an organization

  • Be able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events

  • Experience in structuring and negotiating product deals within the Cybersecurity industry

  • Experience and/or desire to work in a startup environment
